I accept payments through Paypal or via Etsy's direct check-out (which gives you local payment methods, view them above). These methods both make sure I can start shipping your items right after you order them.

I am located in the Netherlands and ship my products with Post NL.

READY TO GO ITEMS:
I aim to ship my pre-made items within two days of you purchasing them, but you never know what situations might occur! I will update you on any delays when they appear.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:
Every part of the proces of producing my wallpaper is bespoke and handmade. I therefore aim for a 3 week turnaround time and will keep you updated on when your order is ready for shipment.

I've experienced shipping from the Netherlands to the US and Canada takes about ten working days, to Europe seven and within the Netherlands two.
Since the international services of Post NL are quite reliable, I do not ship with a track code, but if you would prefer this, you can always upgrade the shipment while checking out.

I pack my prints as they suit best. Some flat, some rolled up but always sturdy and save.

Please note that I'm not responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

SPECIAL MADE TO ORDER POLICIES:

Once I have received your order, I am not able to make any changes. I will make every effort to accept a cancellation if this is made before the products are being printed.
All of my made to order products are bespoke, so cancellation will not be possible once the printing has begun.

Returns cannot be accepted unless by prior agreement. All faults or damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Unauthorised returns will not be refunded. Returns of bespoke products that have been printed to order, will only be accepted where the product is found to be faulty or damaged on receipt.
